Intercontinental Zhuhai Hotel

On November 1, 2018, Intercontinental Zhuhai Hotel—the first Intercontinental Hotel in the Zhuhai-Macau region—was inaugurated. The hotel is part of the Yanheng Seaside Center, a project launched in July 2009 under the Singapore-Guangdong Cooperation Council. Developed by Singapore's Yanlord Land with an investment exceeding RMB 4 billion, the center is positioned at the Zhuhai-Macau gateway of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The complex consists of four residential towers, one multi-purpose tower, and a commercial podium, integrating a five-star hotel, international Grade-A offices, premium retail, and luxury sea-view residences. The hotel occupies floors 26 to 46 of the main tower. From the sea, the architecture evokes the image of a grand vessel setting sail. As Zhuhai's first multi-functional complex, it has become an iconic landmark symbolizing the city's new identity and a milestone in its urban development following the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, renowned as "Zhuhai's Premier Luxury Residence."
Yanlord Land Group and Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) formed a strategic partnership for the hotel, with the Yanheng Seaside Center officially branding as an "Intercontinental Hotel & Resort" under IHG management. Topteck Stone Group—a specialist in stone engineering dedicated to delivering premium, precision-crafted, and sustainable stone solutions for five-star hotels—supplied the project with a selection of high-end natural stones including Arpa Grey, Ohnet, Golden Elegance Brown, Red Travertine, White Gold Sand, Blue Gold Sand, and Statuario White. These materials supported the creation of this exceptional landmark, enhancing its presence in the internationally acclaimed bay area.
