The St. Regis Changsha

The St. Regis Changsha, inaugurated on April 27, 2017, stands as the eighth St. Regis in Greater China and the fortieth worldwide. Developed by the Yunda Group, it occupies floors 48 to 63 of the tallest skyscraper within the Yunda Central Plaza complex. Topteck Stone Group, a renowned stone engineering specialist, provided expert stone solutions for the hotel, utilizing selected materials such as Italian Wood Vein, Statuario White, and Peacock Blue Jade.

On October 30, 2017, the China Construction Industry Association announced the winners of the 2016-2017 China Construction Engineering Luban Prize (National Quality Project), with Yunda Central Plaza being the only commercial complex in Hunan Province to receive this prestigious accolade at the time.
